Orders may be exchanged for store credit within 21 days of purchase date. 

Refunds will not be offered unless the product is faulty beyond repair. 

Exchange or refund is not available on sale items.

Note, return postage is not covered by Bud. The Label. Return postage is at the expense of the customer. 

We recommend using a postage option that allows you to track your order as Bud the Label takes no responsibility for lost garments.

International Flat rate Shipping (Receive within 10-15 business days) $25 (AUD)

Orders are sent on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week at 3:30pm.

Free shipping in Australia with purchases over $200.

The satchels we use at Bud. are biodegradable and compostable and we are proud to say that all of our standard shipping is sent using Sendle Couriers who help reduce our footprint by providing a 100% carbon neutral delivery service!


When will my order be sent after purchase? 

  • Our team endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 days of ordering online.
  • Once picked up by our courier, Sendle, please allow 3-7 business days for orders within Australia, and 14 days for international orders.

Missing parcels 

  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Sendle 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

We will only offer full refund on an item that is faulty or damaged.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
